By creating an account or using Elev.H, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Elev.H Tecnologia Ltda.
Elev.H is a leadership development platform that enables leaders to record observations about their team members, structure feedback with AI assistance, generate performance reports, and track team development over time.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Elev.H. By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using Elev.H on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Do not share your account with third parties.

When registering team members and recording observations, you are responsible for ensuring you have an adequate legal basis to process those individuals' data (e.g., employment relationship, consent). You agree to use collected data exclusively for legitimate professional development purposes, and not for discriminatory or harmful ends.
Elev.H uses artificial intelligence to structure feedback and generate reports. AI-generated content is based on the observations you provide and should be reviewed before being used in decisions about people. Elev.H does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on these outputs.
Some Elev.H features require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed on the plans page and may change with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected].
Elev.H and all its content (software, design, competency framework, texts) are the property of Elev.H Tecnologia Ltda. and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the platform. By using Elev.H, you grant us a limited license to process that data for the purpose of providing the service.
Elev.H is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elev.H Tecnologia Ltda. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your account at any time in platform settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to other courts admitted by law. For EU users, local consumer protection laws also apply.
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you by email or in-platform notice for material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
